Mold in Buildings

Mold spores are naturally present in all buildings. When the building is dry, mold spores will accumulate in the dust. The level of mold in the room can become high simply due to mold spores accumulated in dust, and the solution would be a higher cleaning standard. If, however, the building is wet, then the mold spores will germinate and grow. The solution would be to solve the moisture problems first and then perform a thorough mold remediation.
