The Term “MOLD GROWTH”
When the term “mold growth” is used, it is used to describe mold that has at some point germinated and expanded. We are not interested in whether the mold growth is currently growing, dormant, or dead. The health risk factors are the same and it must be removed regardless of which state it is currently in.
