The main points of the analysis
- Activate the Substrate
Mix theactivated Substrate with Developer in a cuvette.- Measure the blank value (background noise from the chemistry)
- Insert the swab into the activated Substrate and start the timer.
- Remove the swab from the substrate when the time is up.
Mix theactivated Substrate with a new Developer in a cuvette- Measure the analysis value
